Which version of the Bible is used on your candy?
We use the King James Version (KJV).

 
Do you offer customization on your candy?
No, we only have one item that is available for customization and that is our Wedding Tins.

 
Do you have a storefront that I can visit or can I pick up an order from you to save on shipping? 
We do not have a physical storefront where you can browse our entire selection of candy, but we do have a warehouse that you can pick your order up from in Birmingham, Alabama. If you would like to do this call us at our phone number 205-798-0701 to set up an appointment. 


Where can I buy your candy in my city?
We ship our candy to several stores around the world. Much of our candy is sold on seasonal holidays. Check out our list of National vendors here, and our International vendors here.


Is there a minimum order that I need to place?
We do not have a minimum purchase amount. You can order as little or as much as your sweet tooth desires! 


Do you make the candy?
We do not make any of the candy in our warehouse. However, our candy comes from many of the top candy makers and FDA inspected and approved facilities.


Do you offer tours of your company?

Unfortunately no, we are a distributor, not a manufacturer, so we do not make any of the candy here in our warehouse. Therefore, we are not set up for tours of our facilities. The only thing here to see is a bunch of hard working people! 


Why is some of your product made in China and other countries?
Our company’s goal is to purchase from US companies when possible, but sometimes US factories will not do business with us because we are a religious company. This forces us to look outside the US to find other companies that will work with us. We only work with FDA inspected and approved factories so that the quality of the candy is of the highest standard.  Most of the manufactures we work with and know personally are strong Christian believers that share our same mission of spreading the gospel.


Can I order with a credit card by phone?​
Yes, call us at 205-798-0701. We are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm central standard time. Please leave a message if the line goes to voicemail. We will return your call as soon as possible.


How do I get a coupon code?

Can I use a coupon code if I call in by phone?
Yes, you may use your coupon code over the phone, please mention this when you call. Some of our coupon codes that were printed on the candy tin or wrapper have expired.

Do I have to pay any sales tax?
We do not charge any additional sales tax on our candy.


What is the cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs are based on a variety of factors including product weight and the location to which these products will be shipped. Through our partnership with FedEx, UPS and USPS, we have negotiated competitive rates and we pass our savings to you. 


How far in advance should I order my candy if I need it for an event?
We would recommend that at minimum you place an order with our company at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance of a special occasion to ensure:

  • The product is available for shipment
  • There is enough lead time to process your order
  • The package arrives on time for your event


Can I have my order drop shipped to someone else?
Yes, when checking out type in your information under ‘Billing Address’. Under 'Shipping Address' enter the shipping information of the person you are drop shipping to. You can add a note to be sent to the recipient also, we will include it in the order on a decorative card.


What is the shelf-life of the candy?
Most of our hard candy has a shelf life of 3 years. Our chocolate items have a shelf life of 18 months.


What do I do if I received the wrong candy?
Double check the invoice received with your shipment. If you have received the wrong candy because of an error on our part, please contact us immediately and we will have the correct candy sent to you. Customer satisfaction is our No. 1 priority!


What happens if what I ordered is out of stock?
In most cases when an item is out of stock, we will remove it from our website or mark it as ‘No Stock.’ If you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will cancel it off of your order and refund the purchase price of the item as well as the shipping costs associated with the out of stock item.


How do I become a wholesale customer?
To become a wholesale customer you must have a business or organization you are buying through. To be approved we will need a tax id number or a tax exempt number from your company or organization. You can create an account on our retail website and follow up with an email to one of our customer service representatives at info@scripturecandy.com requesting a wholesale status or to expedite the approval process call us at 205-798-0701.
